Transfering booking from one agent to another?

I just got a really good deal on the FOS from a TA, problem is I am already booked with another TA  Is it possible to transfer the booking to this new TA or will I have to cancel and re-book? If I cancel how long does it take for the money to be credited to my credit card?

Could take a while to get your deposit bac.

To change TA you must get the original agency to write a letter on official agency letterhead "releasing" the booking. Within 5 days of that letter being faxed to RCI you will need the new agency to write a letter "accepting" the booking.

The easiest and fastest way is to request the booking you have now to be transferred to RCL. After that's done you can tell RCL to transfer your booking to the new agent. Can be done in 1 morning if the first agency will do it.
