I had some luck emailing customer service.  They sent me pdf descriptions of the excursions, but it wasn't the nice brochure we could get before.  https://www.azamara.com/about-azamara/contact-us/contact-form

For b2b in August I emailed Azamara several times and eventually received a link. There were prices on the list but it was too late to pre book as enroute to port when it hit our mailbox! It took about 6 weeks to receive it.
