Robo1098 Posted June 8, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2021 We have two cabins booked on an upcoming Mardi Gras cruise. Due to cancellations we have $600 per cabin on board credit. One cabin is for my wife and I and the other is for our daughter and her friend (both 18 years old). Can the on board credit be shared between the two cabins? We are hoping to purchase drink packages and other things using on board credit but for the drink packages for my wife and I it is over $600. I don't want to have to pay out of pocket if there is plenty of credit between the two cabins.
Fourkids4us Posted June 8, 2021 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2021 Yes, as long as the onboard spending account is linked. So you, wife and daughter will have $900. Other person on her own account will have $300. If you put them all under your card, you will have $1200. Hope that makes sense. I have 4 kids so always have two cabins.
sunonfire Posted June 8, 2021 #3 Share Posted June 8, 2021 Here’s a question- would I be able to just pay another cabin’s gratuities with my onboard credit and not any of their other expenses?
Rare Wanna_Cruize Posted June 9, 2021 #4 Share Posted June 9, 2021 You may be able to go to the desk and ask them to pay XX amount to Cabin B's folio and charge it to your room CabinA.
LuckyStar Posted June 18, 2021 #5 Share Posted June 18, 2021 I would expect that since your daughter is under 21, you or your wife are listed as in her room. In that case, yes, you each have access for the room you are booked to.
