RoseGab123 Posted June 13, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2021 Hi. We are going on a seacation cruise soon and were thinking of purchasing the ultimate drinks package. Does anyone know if when asking for a gin and tonic for example we could ask for two 50ml gins as the price is under £6,95 each and then a separate tonic? No. terms and conditions say spirits will be served single measure with a draft mixer. https://www.pocruises.com/content/dam/po/marketing-assets/onboard-activities/all-inclusive-beverages/Ultimate-terms.pdf double shots not allowed as count as 2 drinks. In theory no but get to know a bartender and they will give you doubles. We drink G&T before dinner and they were getting larger and larger as time went by. The same with wine at dinner, as soon as they see you drink two or more glasses then, to save time, they give you a large glass in the first place. That's my experience anyway. Stokie33 Posted June 14, 2021 #4 Share Posted June 14, 2021 I seem to vaguely remember the tonic coming in one of the small cans so could always just order a gin for the next round. Struggling to remember as made good use of the drinks package 🤣🤣
Gettingwarmer Posted June 14, 2021 #5 Share Posted June 14, 2021 Ask for a gin and tonic and a separate gin. However they will count as two drinks towards your total for the day. I rememember the tonic coming in cans or bottles as well.
jaydee6969 Posted June 14, 2021 #6 Share Posted June 14, 2021 I assume you are on a 7 day staycation? As far as I am aware, the drink packages are only sold on cruises of 5 nights or more.
