May 2nd Liberty of the Seas Canceled - Haven't Received Taxes Refunded Yet

Our May 2, 2021 Liberty of the Seas cruise was canceled in early March.  I received my FCC about six weeks later.  I haven't received the taxes or gratuities back to my credit card yet.  Has anyone else not received them?  My sister got her complete fare including the taxes and gratuities refunded within two months.  If others have received the refund, I will contact my travel agent to check on it.

I haven't gotten taxes refunded from a March cruise yet.  They're always "looking into it"
