Bottled Water

This is what I do. Been cruising since before anyone used bottled water and have never had a problem with the ship’s water. Probably more pure than most bottled stuff.

It's not about the purity of the water. It's about convenience. Who wants to hunt down a water fountain or go all the way to Windjammer .  I don't want to have to wash out the water bottle in the bathroom sink either. That sink and faucet isn't designed for washing dishes.

Does the water from the cans have a metallic taste to it?  I never drink can drinks anymore so am curious.  Thanks

I drink LaCroix which is carbonated water from a can. I don't taste metal at all. I actually prefer metal to plastic because the can gets colder.

Also, in general plastic bottles are more propense to add flavor to water than aluminum. So water cans likely have less extraneous taste than plastic bottles do.

They do have a water package you can buy that I just ordered for a cruise in February. It was 20.99 including the tip for 24 cans of Dasani

Were you able to locate the water package in the Cruise Planner?  We have not been able to find it.
