Celebrity Edge: cocktail recommendations?

After being a “wine with dinner” person for many years, I am now discovering the joys of a well crafted cocktail. I don’t have a broad knowledge base, only know that I don’t like anything too sweet or spicy. If you sailed on the Edge recently, was there a signature cocktail that you enjoyed? I’ve tried Cosmopolitans, Esspresso martinis, Old fashions and Manhattans, but that is about it.  I’m looking to try new things. Any suggestions? Thanks!

We are currently on the Edge , Edge martini bar is excellent, I prefer a dirty martini myself, staff puts on a great show juggling bottles and glasses.

My husband enjoys those. He isn’t on  this trip. I’m traveling with my sister in law whose experience, like me, is limited to the occasional Cosmo. Looking forward to the martini bar. Enjoy the rest of your cruise.
