Land and sea excursion

I am looking for suggestions on a land and sea tour of St Lucia. Any suggestions? 
We are doing a Princess cruise in November and the excursion I want through the ship sound fun but the “sea” part is on a catamaran that holds 120 people. I can’t imagine being on a packed boat like that. Has anyone ever heard of a catamaran that hold 120 people?😮
