drolltroll Posted July 14, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2021 I searched but could not find anything but is this restaurant able to do much without gluten? Don't want to book if there is not much my wife can eat due to being a celiac. Thanks....

drolltroll Posted July 15, 2021 Author #3 Share Posted July 15, 2021 I am sure a search could find something but I do not know if I am not doing it right or what. I put in specific words or phrases and it brings up posts that have nothing to do with what I searched for or even necessarily relating to the words I searched. Joe817 Posted July 15, 2021 #4 Share Posted July 15, 2021 A call to the Carnival "Special Needs Department" would be a good place to start. I think it's at the bottom of every page on their website. If they can't help you I'll bet they know who can.

(close to 10 times I think) I go there on the first day and pre-order for all my visits for that cruise. I have had the following items: Appetizers: Antipasti, Arancini, Nonna’s Meatball, Minestrone, and Burrata Sides: Fingerling Potatoes, Spaghetti, and Roasted Broccoli & Caulifower Entrees: Pappardelle, Pollo Parmigiana Della Cucina (chicken parmigiana), and Grande Braciola Di Maiale (tomahawk pork chop) Desserts: Tiramisu and Lemon Sorbet There are other options they can make gluten free too. The chicken parmigiana is my favorite and I have had that probably 50% of the time or more. Also, they have gluten free garlic bread. Hope this helps
