Speciality Dining

If I don’t have a speciality dining package and I want to dine in one of the speciality restaurants, what is the surcharge to do this?

You have the choice to eat à la carte or chose items from a smaller "sampler menu" called their "Dining Experience" where you choose one app, one main course and one dessert.  Dining Experiences cost from about $30 at Galaxy Sushi to $60 at Ocean Cay but do vary a bit by the ship, sailing area and restaurant.  Choosing à la carte can be expensive for a full meal but can be somewhat reasonable if you just want to try a couple special items.
