Disappointed in FCC

Our Antarctica cruise for January of 2021 was canceled and we were issued FCC's that were good for sailings through September 2022.  Now our Antarctica cruise for January of 2022 has been canceled.  The option for choosing FCC's also has them expiring in September of 2022.  One year later for the trip cancellation and no more time given to use the FCC's - that's just not right!! Boo Celebrity 😞 😞

Don't you have a option of a refund for the Antarctica cruise?

We have FCC from 3 cruises cancelled from 4/20 - 4/21.  We have cruises booked that we can get them all used but not necessary cruises we would have chosen to take.   So now select the refund option.

Yes, we do have the refund option.  I feel we are being forced to use that because of the expiration date for the FCC.

Can you convince them to let you lift and shift, if there's a sailing the next year? Depending on who you talk to, sometimes you can get that option even thought it isn't officially still supported.

They did give us a L&S option.  However, we're not able to move to January 2023 because of other trip schedules.

Ah, unfortunate. Same thing happened to us, we couldn't lift and shift an August 2021 cancellation as the one next year was too late and conflicted with unavoidable work.
