Dr. Zarko

Does anyone know the medical credentials of "Dr." Zarko in the spa on Mardi Gras who performs derma-filler injections as well as other skin "treatments"  The good "doctor" was interviewed by John Heald who told him his name would be good for a villain in a James Bond movie.  My husband says his parents named him Doctor because they always wanted a son who was one 🙂 

 

Is he the real deal?

I don't know about the law in Florida or in international waters, but in Texas a doctor has to see you before you get fillers.  So, if they are doing fillers, they may have to have a doctor.  Granted, they may just have someone who is a general practitioner and not a dermatologist.  And that's assuming the law is the same.

I think you'd have to know his country of origin before even beginning to find a history for him.

 

 When I watched the MG spa video earlier today (but not live), I did see a couple of comments that read something like, "Dr. Z is on this ship", which would make me think that the commenters knew of him.
