Groove for St Jude donation

Our other social media group will be taking donations for St Jude on our upcoming cruise.  I've been handed the reins for this and I'm not quite sure when and where the donations are taken.  Is it when they do the t-shirts on the Lido deck?

I would leave a note for the cruise director at guest services and ask them. Or ask John Heald on his FB page.
