I've never seen one and i have looked on 8 MSC ships.

Any possible lure of the casino would be more than negated by the cloud of cigarette smoke inside. If they don't have craps, then it's safe to assume they don't have baccarat either. Are the blackjack tables using standard Vegas rules, or does the dealer hit on a soft 17?
