Why did Royal Caribbean canceled their October 31st cruise out of Puerto?

They must be doing a new round of cancellations because my December cruise got cancelled yesterday. I figured it's something to do with it being an 11-night cruise and them proceeding slowly with their re-opening plan. It sucks, I figured a December cruise was relatively safe when I booked it but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

So sorry to hear this ravens bad.  My neighbor is devastated over hers being cancelled on 10/31.   Just wondering Ravensbad where were you cruising out of?

Yes, seems to be the case, I just heard my Thanksgiving cruise on BR is cancelled.
