MSC for Me App problem - MSC Seashore

Looking forward to cruise on Seashore next month.  Put my booking number into the app (where Seashore is listed) and get a message “Sorry, the added booking number does not belong to a Smart Ship for which MSC for Me is available”.  Anyone else have this problem with a Seashore booking number?

Yes, I have had that same issue.  Initially I thought it was because I was trying it before ship had been on its first paid psg voyage.  Not sure now.

Same here.  Seashore has only just been added to the app so it’s probably not yet ready.

Also having the same issue, curiously the app was updated on the 29th July to add the Seashore. 

 

I'm running it on Android, anyone with iPhone having more luck?

Same for me.  So what are the current pax using who are onboard now?  I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.  I see Seashore on the list, but it isn't recognizing my booking number being for a MSC Smart Ship.

The app was only new when we sailed at the end of Meraviglia’s inaugural.  It didn’t work well for the first sailings, though I was able to log in before the cruise.

I’m using an iPhone.  I waited until Seashore had begun its first cruise and the app updated to include it. But still get the “not a smart ship” message.  I also wonder if it is working for current passengers.  Anyway thanks for the replies at least I know now it’s not just me.  I hope it is fixed soon.

I've been trying to log onto the app for my cruise on Meraviglia out of Miami 8/13/21. 

Booking Number (copied from paper exactly)

First Name

Last Name

 

"Incorrect log-in"

 

I suspect this wont be working when I get onto the ship Friday.  ;-(

Yes, I was able to get in the other day. Sailing in December.

Got in for the first time yesterday.

Re-install the app and try again. That worked for me.

Is the deck plan on the app?  I don't see it, but want to confirm.
