The "Bev Srv Charge" (or something similar...USA) should show-up on your invoice (under Booking Components).  IF you are USA, it should show $178.20 per ADULT  for 7 day cruise booked.  ($19.80 x 7 days)

We get the free drinks package, it's just how the service charge is dealt with that is different.
