Unexpected... used FCC for $100 NRD for one cruise, got new certificate with remaining $$

Recommended Posts

Unexpected, but happy. I used part of a $266 FCC for a $100 NRD for a cruise May 2022. I just got an email:

We've reviewed your new booking and noticed you have a remaining Future Cruise Credit balance for your Cruise with Confidence credit. Please find the remaining value, the terms, and how to apply your credit below for your reference.

Got a new certificate (different number) with the remaining $166 amount with expiration date 17-AUG-22 sail by date 30-SEP-22.

I assume the fcc was for more than owed.

I had a cruise april 2021 that was paid by fcc. Then rcl cancelled. Now I have 2 fcc when before I had only one. Not as thrilled as you are to have my balance divided into two fcc.

Used to roll it into one big fcc but for like 4th or 5th time rules changes. But now they are stackable.
