Future Cruise Credits

I am sure this has been answered here before, but how do I use my future cruise credits?  Do I have to call to book the cruise I'm interested in?  Hoping to book direct on the website.

i have my travel agent make the booking and she takes care of it.  Not sure how it works with self booking but I would call Princess to make sure you get the credit.

You should be able to book directly on the Princess website, but sometimes the FCC is not directly linked to your account. However, if you are using credits from a cancelled cruise, I think you may have to call. We were not able to get those applied without a call, and even now, we have funds we are trying to get transferred to a different booking and they are "stuck".

You can book directly with the website.  Place your deposit down.  Use your FCC for final payment by calling Princess.  Princess is eager for you to use your FCC and will sometimes automatically attach it to your booking.  I have h ad to ask them many times not to apply it to current bookings.  I want to use my generous FCC for a longer cruise.  

 

Just to be clear, you are trying to apply Future Cruise Credits and not Future Cruise Deposits.
