We will need internet access on our upcoming cruise… if we purchase a 1 device plan, does that mean it can only be used on one device at a time, or only one device for the duration of the cruise? Like if we buy the 1 device plan, can we use it on the phone and then log out and log in on the computer? I tried looking on the site but it’s not so clear

One device at a time. Yes, logout and you can use another device.

Assuming your Nov 7 Anthem sailing is not cancelled, on that ship, you can simply login with a second device and it will bump off the first device.
