End of story is his supervisor will handle and move along the earlier requests. They say the back office is very very backed up and different folks handle requests differently. I had a Mediterranean cruise booked for October 3rd but was planning on taking the FCC until I read this post. I emailed my TA today and requested a full refund since the protocols has changed since booking this cruise almost 2 years ago. She just emailed me that the money will be fully refunded within 45 days back to my cc. We really don’t want to cruise for the next couple years with my husband’s health issue so was happy to be able to get the refund over the FCC.
