It is about a 3.5 to 4 hour drive straight up I-95 - a one way car rental is your best option.

 

You could look at Megabus and other to get from FLL area to Orlando, then an Uber or taxi to get to MCO, and then use a shared shuttle to get from MCO to PC, but that involves a lot of hassle and expense.

You can easily rent a car with the twenty four hour minimum rate for the four hour trip between Port Everglades and Port Canaveral. It’s a straight shot up Interstate 95. If your doing the second cruise on the day your leaving from Port Everglades I would suggest getting off of the ship as soon as possible to give yourself extra time.
