Meraviglia YC Deluxe Outlets? (CPAP)

I was just looking at some photos online of this cabin style, and it was hard to tell the number of outlets, and it didn't look like there are any outlets next to the bed.

 

My husband uses a CPAP, and not sure if his extension cord will reach across the room. Is that something they can provide? Also, the last time we sailed with them I thought I requested distilled water for the CPAP in advance. Is there a special needs request that can be done online, or can everything be taken care of once on board by our cabin steward?
