SoFlaAtty Posted September 21, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) I know that on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, they offer Blackjack (1D, and 8D 6:5 $10 min; 8D 3:2 $15 or higher min.), Craps ($5 or $10 min, single odds until $25 min., and 3x/4x/5x odds at $50+ min.), Roulette, 3 Card Poker, UTH, and perhaps Baccarat (ship dependent). As for the cruise lines listed below, do they offer craps, roulette, baccarat? And if so, please identify minimum bets, and for craps, odds. Carnival? MSC? Virgin Voyages? Norwegian? Princess? Holland America? Edited September 21, 2021 by SoFlaAtty Additional information requested.

Cuedon Posted September 22, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 22, 2021 I've seen Princess with: 2x and 3-4-5x craps (with the same 3-4-5x on the Don't), with and without ATS 6:5 and 3:2 BJ shoe games, sometimes with Lucky Ladies. Super Fun (fairly standard rules, though the exact set escapes me) eRoulette ePoker, at an exorbitant rake Off-brand UTH Off-brand 3CP Off-brand no-commission PGP. Minimums are fairly low at 5$(+1$ sidebet in a few cases), though the 3:2 BJ has varied from 15 to 25.

Can I assume that there is no website / CC resource thread that lists the Table games / VP / slots available on specific cruise lines / cruise ships? kimandtim Posted September 15, 2022 #8 Share Posted September 15, 2022 Norwegian was 6/5 on $10 and under (actually had a $6 table) and 3/2 on at least one $15 blackjack table on the Gem Greek Isles this month. VP tables were surprisingly decent on dollars at the bar but I mostly played DDB super times pay at 8/5 and won a few hundred with not a lot of play. AV8rix Posted October 7, 2022 #10 Share Posted October 7, 2022 I just play blackjack (tournament player on land) and only sail on HAL so here's HAL BJ data: All tables hand shuffle $6 min, 6:5 3:2 table min varies with ship and time of day. Sometimes $15 at all times, sometimes $25 at all times, sometimes $15 daytime, $25 evening. As a rule, only 6:5 table is open during day, sometimes even in evening depending on ship. But I've always had luck requesting opening of 3:2 table (except from hosts on Zuiderdam and Eurodam). Of course this is dependent upon host, not particular ship. OP, if you're an experienced BJ player stay away from low min table. This applies on land as well as on ships. Beginners play there.
dwc13 Posted October 29, 2022 #11 Share Posted October 29, 2022 MSC Seashore live tables: 1. No craps table. 2. 2 x $10 blackjack tables, 6:5, continuous shuffle, LL bonus. 3. 1 x $25 blackjack table, 3:2, 6-8 decks dealt from shoe, LL bonus. 4. 1 x single 0 roulette, if memory serves $2 minimum (single number), $10 total minimum. 5. 1 x double 0 roulette, if memory serves, $1 minimum (single number), $5 total minimum. 6. 1 baccarat table, $25 minimum. dwc13 Posted October 29, 2022 #12 Share Posted October 29, 2022 (edited) Holland America Line Zaandam live tables: 1. 1 x odd-shaped mini craps table, $5 minimum, 2x odds. The mini craps table is not oval-shaped or rectangle-shaped with rounded corners; it's an abomination that should be a Darwin Award winner as far as mini craps table designs are concerned. 2. Blackjack tables, yes, but once I saw the craps table, I didn't pay attention. 3. Roulette table -- didn't pay attention since it's a US cruise company which means virtually no chance of a single 0 table even if live roulette was available. 4. No baccarat table. Edited October 29, 2022 by dwc13 Added comment for roulette.

At least on Rotterdam VII they added a third "green" spot. It is the HAL logo.
dwc13 Posted November 12, 2022 #14 Share Posted November 12, 2022 Mini, odd-shaped craps table in the casino aboard HAL Zaandam. No bonus bets. There is a double zero (0/00) roulette table on the other side.
angela12345 Posted November 18, 2022 #15 Share Posted November 18, 2022 Wowza, that looks like cramped quarters. I'm counting 14 players on that table. Isn't a standard table 8 on each end, so 16 players ? I'd love to know the dimensions of this vs a standard craps table you'd find on ships. dwc13 Posted November 18, 2022 #16 Share Posted November 18, 2022 That small craps table is about 9'-10' at its widest part. Space-wise, it would probably be okay with 10 players, perhaps up to 12 even though there is chip rack space for up to 14 as you noted. If the table was packed, it would be interesting to watch the lone dealer try and keep track of bets tossed in after a roll. So there might be a lower limit to the number of players. Fortunately, there weren't more than 4 players during any session I played. Throwing the dice was different because of the angled end walls. The most common craps tables I have played at in land-based casinos have bonus bet spots for 14 (12' table) or 16 (14' table) players, with half on each side. Craps tables without bonus bets requiring individual spots (i.e., Fire, Hot Shooter, Repeater) can fit in more players as long as chip rack space is available. If you're there at the right time, you can win. If not, you're probably in for a tough night. Soft tossing on this table didn't work well for those that tried. Rare Zukini Posted August 27, 2023 #20 Share Posted August 27, 2023 Just adding to the knowledge bank, the roulette table on Holland America (at least on the Nieuw Statendam) is now triple zero (0,00, and HAL).
