Sunset Restaurant and Bar

We were on a cruise in early September and stopped in Cozumel. We didn’t feel like booking with an all inclusive but still wanted to take a swim and get something to eat. We decided to take a walk and found the Sunset Restaurant and Bar right next to the Coast Guard Station. Stopped to talk to John, the owner of the restaurant. He allowed us to take a swim (steps going into the water - you need water shoes) while we drank a couple of beers and had great fajitas. It was a nice way to spend a few hours in Cozumel that was close to the ship.

At one time they sold these great shirts with sailboats that the staff wore.

And love the fact that there's cover under the deck and at the palapa bar.
