It's been designated as a sea day more than likely until after first of the year.

Our (Aug/Sept, Oct) Allure voyages out of Port Canaveral (PC)  that included Labadee and Falmouth were changed and substituted Cozumel and Costa Maya. On 28 November 2021 we have the same scheduled itinerary on Harmony out of PC and they still show Labadee and Falmouth as Ports of Call.

According to my TA, The Labedee stops have been halted due to the Earth Quake and following political unrest. (The resort was undamaged according to our TA). Hopefully the political environment in Haiti will stabilize to allow the return to that port sooner rather than later.

I'm looking at booking an Oasis OTS cruise in April during my kid's spring break. The ship only has one stop in Labedee, the other 2 days are sea days. I wonder if Labedee is still not available if they will switch us to Coco Key. We have to go somewhere because of the law. LOL
