concierge changes dont show in calendar

sail sunday. they wrote back making changes last night for us and i assumed over night my calendar would update. he had sent  a screenshot of his calander with the adjusted times for us. just curious if eventually his changes will reflect in the planner . or maybe i was just looking at an excel screenshot perhaps.
