Ohio Bucki Posted October 5, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2021 I am doing a B2B cruise in a couple of weeks. I know that Carnival performs a Covid test between the two cruises. I was reading a review from a B2B cruise and it sounded like they were tested on the ship on their last "Fun Day at Sea" prior to returning to Miami. My first cruise does not have a "Fun Day at Sea" prior to returning to Miami. When and where do they do the Covid test in a situation like this? 2Shoes2Go Posted October 5, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 5, 2021 One of our b2bs, on Magic, had Bimini as our last day onboard. The tests were done that afternoon, before the ship sailed for Pt Canaveral. So, those testing, lost a couple hrs in port.

vtxcreature Posted November 30, 2021 #4 Share Posted November 30, 2021 Did Carnival charge you for the test?

kicia Posted December 3, 2021 #6 Share Posted December 3, 2021 You will get a letter a day or 2 before the end of the cruise telling you where and when to go for the test. We never got the results but we were able to cruise the second leg so I assume we were negative.
nwcruiselover Posted December 3, 2021 #7 Share Posted December 3, 2021 I think it’s worth $100 to know you can get the test at the port. I would probably do an unproctored test at home before traveling to the port, so there would be no surprises with the port test.
