Beach Rental/Cruise question

We are driving to a beach rental for 9 days, then going on a 8 day cruise, with various hotels stays during the trip.  What kind of insurance would be needed for a trip of this kind?  No airfare, cruising to the Bahamas from Texas.  We are retired and still have medical coverage from my husbands work.  We are not 65 yet either.  But would like to have emergency evacuation coverage, what considerations should we have for Covid-19?
