Laundry Specials

Not a special, but pressing is 1/2 the cost of laundering. They do a nice job. So rather than worry about trying to get our shirts packed so they won't wrinkle, I now wash anything that would need to be pressed and then send it out for ironing as soon as we're on the ship.

 

Since I was having dress shirts laundered and pressed at our local cleaners and then they were ending up wrinkled anyway, this is a MUCH better, and less expensive option.

Dry cleaning - Suit $7; Pants 4.25; Jacket 4.50; Sweater 4.00; Tie 2.00; Shirt 3.50; Shorts 3.00; Vest 2.50; Silk PJs 4.50; evening gown 8.00; dress 7.00; silk blouse 5.00; silk dress 8.00; skirt 4.50; suit 7.50; blouse 4.00; scarf 2.50. Pressing Only - 50% of the above prices.

This is from 2 weeks agon on the Radiance. By the way, this is much cheaper than land based prices in our area! They did a great job too!
