IV Bar

Hi everyone! On some deck plans there is an IV bar. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks!

I found this while on the Scarlet Lady a couple of weeks ago... For now, it appears to be a very small closet type space, and the times that I checked it out there was nothing going on there.

I was on the Oct 6th sailing, and I have a theory about this.  I don't think it's a actual bar.  Given that its located right by Medical, I think its supposed to be a place where you can get IV treatments if you're hungover, like they do in Las Vegas.  (i.e, pushiv.com).  My guess is that it's probably not ready yet, that's why there's no info about it yet.

They may be adding in IV hangover treatments, but the VV website shows it as a bar with cocktails.

I posted to a different site and was told it possibly isn't open yet due to covid and being a small space.

Belief is that it never opened.  Yes, it is on deck plans and early mock up photos.

Apparently the combination of the medical theme and the small size meant it was inappropriate to open the space due to covid.

There was supposed to be a medical-themed bar, but VV scrapped the idea as the ships were going out just as COVID was hitting and they didn't think it was a smart idea.

 

They could bring it back, as it's been built out, but never really realized.

Yep, the video above shows it fully furnished and everything.  Hopefully its just that the door is locked but it will open one day soon.  Cute fun idea in a speakeasy like almost hidden location (stupid covid for ruining everything!)
