Internet plans

I have not been very successful in my search so I hope someone can help me.  What are the differences in the available internet plans?  Our cruise does not include internet in the cruise fare.

The Social Internet Plan allows you to access many social media Websites. If you need e-mail, then you must get the Surf Internet Plan. To access streaming sites, you need to purchase the Premium Internet Plan.

 

There are a few Websites that can be access via the free intranet (Navigator) program - HAL and a newspaper IIRC.
