How to change my Arrival Group on Medallion App?

I think the only way to change this is to contact the Medallion folks...

Looks like another enhancement for the Medallion team to put on their list.  After they fix the bugs.

If your medallion app is working properly, you can access the arrival and departure tab via the checklist.   Once open click on the "manage" tab  and you should be able to make a change.

Forget the enhancement.  Our voyages are a long time from Arrival Groups, so have not tested it.  The above makes sense.

That you can even consider doing that tells me you're one of the favored ones whose app apparently works. For thousands of us, we can't even get the app to recognize our booking. You OTOH seem to have a 1st world problem.  You must sleep like a baby (sigh).

Why is that? Is it only supported on a few operating systems?
