Hong kong requirements

Hello fellow cruisers. 

My friend ia coming from Hong Kong for an Msc caribbean one week cruise. We cant seem to find the correct info on if she can cruise or not and if so what woukd be the docume ta she needs. Msc does not k ow either!

Does anyone have any experience with this?

She will travel with a Hong Kong passport. She lives and was born i. Hong Kong.

When is your cruise?  This says China resident not until January 2022, with dates subject to change..

She is coming for the Dec 23 to Dec 30 2021 Christmas cruise :(

However I have been told that China and Hong Kong have different requirements.
