Does anyone have any idea of what type of Covid safety protocols local vendors, cab drivers, etc. are required to take?  Just a little curious about whether there are mask requirements still in place.

Thanks!

Quintana Roo, north and south (that includes Cozumel and Costa Maya) are currently at second stage green and therefore operating at 100% capacity. Face masks are still obligatory and are needed in shops and while traveling in taxis.

HOWEVER, there is definitely a reduction in compliance now cruising has resumed and we see many tourists, especially during the day not wearing masks.

Temperature checks and sanitizer to enter most venues.
