Driving to Port

You should give yourself a good cushion in the event of traffic.  Even a flat tire could happen.  We drive about 1 1/2 hours from the port and issues can occur close to the port- once they closed the Bayonne bridge on our way to the terminal-  as long as you check out the route using a traffic application and allow extra time- you should be fine-  I think you need to arrive at least 1 1/2 hours before the ship is due to sail.
