Pre cruise booking for excursions, Voom, etc

The pre cruise prices look good but I can’t tell if they’re refundable if I change my mind and cancel them. I’ve read the fine print and don’t see anything saying non-refundable but with travel still sort of up in the air I’m a bit gun shy. Can anyone provide insight?

You can get your money back on any planner things up to 48 hours before. On board you can cancel too

You can cancel up to three days before you sail for a complete refund back to the credit card used for your cruise planner items. After that you will receive OBC.

 

Once you book something keep checking for a lower price then cancel and rebook..easy to do.
