Today I put in an order for a motorized scooter for my father for our cruise. We used Special Needs At Sea. Does anyone know how long it will take to get an email from them saying the reservation is confirmed and all set? First time we are doing a scooter rental for a cruise.

You should get a confirmation email right away.    At least we always have.

Maybe double-check with them to be sure they received your order.

If your shipping stuff to the ship or return....Ship To Go, is far better and cheaper   The do direct to cabin delivery and pickup.    Will pickup stuff from your door step    they use DHL.     Special needs  charges$$$$$$$$$$   and if you cancel or change they have a hefty cancel fee... non refundable.

You can ship like a  wheel chair or such for 265$ with Ship to go.  Considering Special needs who charges like 550-600 a week for a manual chair  i

Speaking of which  Drive makes a ultra lite super built  transfer chair  folds  an comes with a carry case 18lbs  and fold up like a lawn chair  that for ship board use is superior  to the  std chairs  $250.00  delivered in the US
