Screen mirroring to stateroom tv

On the newer ships do the tvs have an empty HDMI port?  Curious if our Screenbeam will plug into the tv.

Some nights I just need a break and I do love the comfort of those stateroom sheets, the sound of the waves and perfect room temps! Would be nice to have more than the limited content they have available.

It depends, Harmony / universal remote said to work with Samsung, as noted.

Breakaway, Escape and I believe the Getaway typically use "Sole" HDTV (hospitality brand) and interactive signal is carried over HDMI, disconnect it and plug in directly is the easiest (laptop & Chromebook).

Old/some ships post drydock were upgraded to LG brand TV using locking RG59 cable for interactive signal, HDMI port firmware locked, that's likely a "no-can't-do" but you can try.
