Cruise next Haven certificates

I am confused on cruise next Haven certificates. Due to my cruise being canceled I have 2 $250 regular cruise next certificates. I was under the impression I could use both for booking a Haven. However I was told it would have to be booked six months before to use both of them on a Haven. My question is how frequent is the double up offer? Does it always make you book 6 months ahead now?  I know the current double up offer is through February 28, 2022.  I have used 2 certificates in the past for a balcony and I know I didn’t book 6 months ahead of time.

 

Another question is this is there such a thing as a double up $500 haven certificate where are you would get $1000 off your cruise?  Thanks for any responses.

I have done this.  Not always allowed but when they offer double up it’s usually on 6+ Months in advance.  Haven cruise next cost $750 for (2) $500 certificates.
