Bubble tours in Bermuda?

We are booked on a cruise to Bermuda in August. Right now, my kids are too young to be vaccinated and I am applying for an exemption. But when I look at shore excursions, I don’t see any bubble tours… according to the latest guidelines we would still need a bubble tour to get off the ship. Anyone know if they will eventually add them? If they don’t have bubble tours in Bermuda, we’ll likely cancel the trip.
