Cancelling shore excursions

If I cancelled shore excursions today, when can I expect to see the refund on my credit card? This is my first Azamara cruise.

Only ever cancelled one excursion and on that occasion the money was back within a couple of weeks.

Our money was back in nine days. Pretty great service!

How does it work if you have booked a shore excursion using Onboard credit and then change your mind ?

Does it drop back into your OBC account to reuse ? The excursion we have booked has been reduced in price so would like to take advantage of the price drop by rebooking.

In the past I have cancelled excursions for this reason. The credit went back to my OBC and I have rebooked at the lower price.

Thank you, PirateWife and acruisergirl that's good to know. Its our first time on Azamara and I'll be doing the same now I know we don't lose the OBC..

That’s lucky for you. I’d say in 99% of the cases the price of excursions go up not down.😀
