Vista offer drinks on US in Casino

Hi guys - my travel agent wasn't sure so I thought I would see if anyone else has experience with our offer.

My husband and I (same cabin) and my brother (different cabin)  all have offers in our profile for Drinks on Us while in the casino.  Does that mean that Carnival will already know that we qualify for this offer when we go to get drinks there or how does this work?  Should I bring proof from a print out of our offers?

Just need to know if we have to get some of us the drink package or not.

Thank you

The offer will say if its for person using the offer and a companion.  If it does not say that then it is only for the person booking with the offer.  Usually only the one person sent the offer gets the DOU.

If you all have the same offer you all should be able to get the offer.  I booked mine under my name and my husband had the same offer. I contacted Global Casino Services to confirm and they said as long as the 2 offers are the same then we both get it.

I saved the email from them just in case, but when we got on the ship, my husband had everything I had in my offer (free drinks everywhere, $500 in fun ships of which they gave us all cash).

Wow-that's great that they actually gave you cash, as I thought that they stopped doing this awhile back.  (Maybe this depends on the ship/class of ship?). Knowing me,  I'd probably give it back-to the casino😬!

If you are sailing out of Galveston the drinks on us everywhere or just in the casino doesn't start when you board the ship.  It did start on the first day, however, we had to wait until a hour after the casino opened, which was around 6pm.

Which is exactly what we did🤭...At the time we asked for our fun chips they automatically gave us the $25 as well.

Thanks but I still am unclear if that is just for my husband listed as first in cabin or since we were all offered that we get it too?  Thanks

If you all had the same offer (DOU while playing) you will all get it. Just go see the casino host and they will know who did and didn't have the offer. Make sure that you all had the same offer for the same cruise. I've seen people who had the same offers but the offers weren't all for the same cruises.
