HAL newbies, cigars ...?

At the risk of getting flamed.....we've never sailed HAL before and will be aboard Rotterdam in April.  Princess has smoking lounges,  does HAL allow cigars on open decks with the cigarette people...?  I enjoy one or two during our cruise.  Thanks

You will have to smoke them at the Sea View pool, there is a bar there so don't worry. No inside cigar lounges on HAL.

I regularly smoke cigars with the cigarette smokers at the Sea View pool. There is a covered area if the weather is inclement.
