Just fill out the special needs form for dining. Put that you must have distilled water daily...1 liter

Always amazed at what the staff will be able to provide if you just ask and better to ask in advance.

Cheers

MSC does not provide distilled water.  They use to but quit about 4 years ago.  I even have in an email stating that they don't when I put in my SR this time stating such.

Not my experience with MSC...as 2 years ago it was provided for mixing formula for tube feeding...on Meraviglia out of Miami.

Yet you have email stating they do not provide nor have not had in 4 years...

then you post asking if they have?!?!

Done with this circular troll post.

Cheers

?? Not a troll. I asked if they have Smart water which is a drinking water.  I could use that instead of bringing my own.  Glad to know Mera does provide it because Seaside, Divina and Seashore do not.

Asking if they supplied a type of drinking water that I could use instead of bringing mine own (Smart is the only small bottles to be found)is not trolling. Not sure why some people need to be almighty

I am prepared to eat crow...

please post the email from MSC that states they will not provide passenger with distilled water for medical need.

Of course, block out your email/name, but leave date and all MSC info.

Cheers

Here is a screenshot of the letter with my private info blocked out

I do hope that this makes your vacation more accommodating and memorable.

I found that to be pretty funny. You need to carry on distilled water but hey "I do hope that this makes your vacation more accommodating and memorable." 🤣🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦

Distilled water was provided for me last week on Seashore out of Miami.

They must not like me then, how did you get it? Did you put in a special request before hand because as you can see above I was told they do not supply it and was not able to get it on the Divina or Seaside

Hi Ready2-

I stand corrected, appreciate you posting the email. Having been care taker for parent in need of distilled water, I do get your position. Like JMDB, I had no issue having it brought to the cabin.

Situations change and the Pandemic made those even more fluid.

Have you thought about a portable unit for your travels?

PS: this crow would go down easier with some distilled water 🤔🤣
