Thanks ...however, as  a past officer and leader, I just do not feel comfortable in using people just because I can..  If there is a difficult  problem for which he might be a resource,  I would consider it, Not miccro manage

But  , just to use someone for  what I feel as petty mundane tasks seems arrogant . and disrespectful. of the man.   I am not a fan of the British class system wherein  servants are to serve their betters.
