Baggage Fees with NCL Air bogo 2022?

I’m doing a western med trip on the Epic next fall and purchased the bogo air promo. ( I’ve  accepted the fact that I will be in the back and the middle row of the plane and may be routed through two stops in Canada.) My question is will I be booked basic economy if traveling from So Cal ? If I have to pay $150 to bring anything larger than a backpack, my saving are negated and I can book my own main cabin flight. Please let me know your experiences with NCL and one piece of either checked or carryon luggage. Thank you.

Someone else's experience has zero bearing on what YOU will get in the way of a ticket.  Unless the NCL terms and conditions specify what class and fare rules you will get, you are at the whim of whatever they may be providing.

You purchased without knowing.  And only NCL knows what they are doing under this promotion.  And only NCL can definitively answer your question.

Caveat emptor.
