mamaza Posted February 18, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2022 If we were to arrive at Terminal A ahead of our appointed boarding time, as a suite guests would we be allowed to wait in the Suite/Pinnacle lounge until our boarding time?
Kmermaid Posted February 18, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2022 We just finished the Symphony on 2/12 and my answer is yes. We arrived at 11am with a boarding time of 11:30 and it was no problem the suite had a bunch of people already there and they had plenty of available people to check you in.
Rare twangster Posted February 18, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2022 It depends. Do you have a 2pm time and you want to show up at 11am? At some point the pre-departure suite/pinnacle lounge will fill up. Once its at capacity even people with the correct boarding time won't be allowed in. As soon as the ship starts boarding it won't be an issue. Will they relax social distancing and capacity limits soon? No one knows. They've sized the appointment time slots to distribute arriving guests to avoid traffic jams. If everyone ignores them, there will be traffic jams even in the suites/pinnacle area. mamaza Posted February 18, 2022 Author #4 Share Posted February 18, 2022 Thanks. We have a three hour drive but will leave at least an hour early to allow for traffic problems. I don’t relish the idea of making my sweetheart wait in the car while we wait if we don’t run into delays. But, if we have to wait, we wait. We’re 12:00 boarding, but I suspect we could arrive as early as 11:00. We also have a wheelchair to deal with. How small is the lounge that it becomes so crowded so easily? Although the lounge is a nice size, once in October we arrived at 11:30 and it was already full. They put us in a separate area of the regular waiting room.
