RobinKS Posted February 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2022 I'm sailing on Explorer OTS out of Miami April 30th, but don't see the normal Debarkation day excursions with airport transfer. Have these not been happening since the restart? Our flight home isn't until 5pm, so looking for a way to spend the day. Thanks
LeeW Posted February 24, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 24, 2022 Symphony has them available that day for flights after 3 from Miami (only saw airboat at Everglades Park, which is north of Fort Lauderdale). Dump your browser cache and see if that helps. Or you could just call. Price is unlikely to change and this can easily be booked onboard. If you go to that airport early they won't let you check in luggage until 4 hours before a flight on most airlines. You could rent a car - depends on how good a deal you can get - but this will take at least an hour. There usually is a harbor and/or HOHO tour but haven't seen this lately through Royal. These are available through Shoreexcursioneer, but you would need to get over to the Bayside Market with a cab. They will store luggage for you while on the tour and then take you to the airport.
