I have a cruise booked and I don't know how to use my FCC and I don't want to be waiting in line for long time (1-2 hours?) and have risk of disconnection. gumshoe958 Posted March 14, 2022 #4 Share Posted March 14, 2022 You should be able to redeem it online as long as you have the FCC number (eg 1-AB2C3DE). From the main menu on the Royal home page, go to Manage My Cruise then Redeem Cruise Credit. The FCC is tied to you and not to the TA for the original cruise. Since you booked the new cruise directly through RC you should be able to do as gumshoe958 says above.
